Since when does the YARCOBR Club have the authority to make all the townhouses paint their places WHiTE?
This is what Jorge Salinger, President of the Club, stated at the July 15 board meeting.

The townhouses voted for the off white color. At no time was it said the club had the authority to make the townhouses paint them white.
What is the point in voting?
