DRACONIAN RULES

Here is an email I received this morning. I'm removing the owner's name:

As a 22 year seasonal resident , I am sick to death
 of all of these excessive rules!!  

I am the mother of three adults, and the grandmother of two adults.

Because of intermittent health issues I will NOT be able to babysit them wherever they are on the property. Has this issue even been considered?  I doubt it.
