Lie: "It's A Florida Statue"

At several YARCOBR Board Meetings, the Chairperson repeatedly stated that ALL buildings must agree on the paint color before any action could be taken. When questioned, the response was, "It's a Florida Statute."

So, what happens when there is no consensus? Do you have to hire an attorney for another interpretation?

For me, the issue isn't about the paint color. iIt's about the consistency and transparency of what is discussed and then later altered.

I've lost all trust in the Chairperson.
