"E" Building Owner Speaks Out

I voted for renovation. Gut renovation  to the studs will still be much less expensive than demolish and build anew. The panic button espoused by the

"I" building rep is way overplayed. I won’t change my vote because demolition and putting in a new building will be several million more than previously estimated and way longer to construct. It will be a nightmare project and years before it’s finished.
