Thanks for sending. I understand and appreciate that everyone has their own horse in this race but i consider this more board bullshit.
The same bullshit they espoused to tear down the chickee bar immediately after they lost the community vote. Every building here has needed some amount of concrete restoration. Its the nature of where we live. But none of them have been torn down. They have been restored.
When the chickee bar had rats they used it as an excuse to tear it down. Your building had rats. Why wasnt it torn down? Because you called exterminators to handle. Restoration not demolition.
