Our beautiful complex voted three years ago to NOT DEMOLISH our clubhouse. And yet this argument is ongoing with another vote due to be counted on August 17, 2022. Please send your vote in (with the YARCOBR instructions printed below from this past Thursday’s YARCOBR email) by 8/17.
Please tell the board your wishes, that we want this to be over and done with, and to respect the vote of the majority of our community. Also I would recommend that you call Tricia at the office to insure your vote is received and will be counted.
The YARCOBR instructions state that Tricia will send confirmation that your vote is received. However, I sent our vote via certified mail with a USPS tracking number which shows that YARCOBR received my mail. I have also emailed Tricia that my vote was sent, with a tracking number, and asked for some clarifications on my paperwork. I have received no confirmation from the office that my vote was received, nor received a return email from Tricia concerning my questions.
Where do you stand on this matter? Personally, I love our community just the way it is and have voted so. I hope this matter is just as important to you, and you will submit your vote immediately.
