SAVE THE CLUBHOUSE FROM DEMOLITION

I respect everyone’s opinion but to use energy efficiency as a reasoning for demolition when the only thing you need to do to make energy efficiency work is super insulation is not an argument that holds. 

With my funds decreasing and interest rates increasing now is not the time. 

How do you think dissent will be reduced when the coat over runs exceed these multimillion estimates? 

Also they already had an architectural company create the plans for the new clubhouse and sports facilities. Talk about presumptuous. And not how you build community cohesion.
