SAVE OUR CLUBHOUSE, VOTE TO RENOVATE: LETTER FROM JOHN KEKLLAS

Dear Neighbors and Friends,

In response to Mike Shea’s letter forwarded by Susana, I respectfully disagree. His letter states there are no permits or documents available for the clubhouse. 

I have hundreds of permits from the past 44 years that include electrical and plumbing permits as well as extensive structural drawings and approvals for changes over the years. The data on file totals over 243 gigabytes, far too big to transmit via email.

This I believe proves that the Clubhouse building and all of its systems have been maintained throughout the course of its existence. All requirements by the city and county had been met up until September 2021. 

After that date the Club decided to ignore the City's demands to repair the roof leak. 

Had they complied, we could have enjoyed a functional clubhouse for the last year and a half.
I have also attached the original club house Certificate of Occupancy from 1978. A certificate of occupancy is granted when a building has met all electrical, plumbing & structural codes for the city. I have also included one such example.
