ONE YARCOBR OWNER SAYS THE FOLLOWING

This is the same thing they did with the chickee bar. They didn't get their way so they made it seem like the rat situation and some bad trusses required us to tear it down. Same playbook as now with them insisting the City required us to shut down the club house.

At the time I had sent a letter to the my building board expressing my opinion on the matter and asked that it be read at an all member meeting that was taking place. Of course  it was just ignored it so I sent it to Tricia who emailed me that she would have it read but then of course that never happened either.

They quash dissenting voices or anyone who happens to have any subject matter expertise in the matter at hand that can dispute the narrative that they are floating. 

I would really like to see the needless destruction, upheaval and excessive cost of building a new clubhouse/offices thwarted and also the removal of the current regime.
