SURVEY, NOT BALLOT?

I recently was told that the owners will NOT be getting a ballot to vote on the future of our clubhouse but instead they'll get a survey. 

Ask yourself why?  Could it be because a survey is not binding? Could it be because people are more unlikely to take a survey seriously and reply to it? 

I hope this isn't true. If you are reading this, then call the office and leave a message that you want a ballot vote on the clubhouse.
