Another Owner's Comment

We now have a beautiful Chickee Bar with a sound problem that makes being there very uncomfortable.  Now we want to build an unattractive long house across the street from it .

I want a club house that is cost effective and attractive.  I can build a a sports center in my basement in my house that could be amazing for a whole lot less.

We are not a golf community with a lot of land to build on. We are a unique community unlike any other. We need to spend our money wisely and build what we will enjoy and be proud of. 

The fact that I can build an amazing sports center in my basement for a whole lot less speaks volumes.
