MARCH 7th EMAIL SENT TO THE CURRENT 7 BOARD MEMBERS

Jory/Jay and others,  

There is an undercurrent of deep frustration, boarding on animosity being created due to the board's inability to honor the rights of the owners and address their needs, which I feel amounts to lack of fiduciary responsibility by the representatives. 

119 have signed the petition. These numbers themselves far exceeded my expectations knowing that only a small percentage of people have a willingness to sign a petition let alone take the time to register online and put their feelings forward. 

If you continue to ignore this clarion call to accountability, I fear this rupture of your own creation will continue to expand. The owners at Yacht & Racquet Club have great expectations for their representatives. We are professional, highly educated and will not be denied our rights. 

You may succeed due to the current limitations placed on the members in the Bylaws but this issue will not go away and you'll be looking at years of deep scrutiny and will bear the burden of every cost overrun and any other issues that arise from this multi million boondoggle in the making. 

If you give everyone the right to vote you free yourself from this and you rightfully serve your fiduciary responsibility to the owners. 

A recent person, who this morning contacted me, referred to you both Jay and Jory as the  "kingpins". . And Stan, Sheryl and Mike having deaf ears. Her words, not mine.

There's an increasing tone to the rhetoric that is arising directly from your denial of our rights.
