Please contact the 7 YARCOBR building representatives.
Ask that they abstain from voting on the clubhouse and give ALL the owners the ability to vote on costly and important matters. Why should only 7 people be able to cast a vote? My townhouse representative doesn’t “represent me”.
Let democracy take place. Not to mention, no hurt feelings or feelings of having no say in this matter. One person told me that she never has talked to her representative so I ask you how is they process working.
