Dear xiaomi staff and miui team. Xiaomi phones are not popular only in china, also in some european countries, where we need our languages and services for our region. Miui fan sites (like miuipolska, xiaomi.eu) provide that, but we can't install that system without unlocked bootloader. Most peoples here want customized system more than little better security (when phone is lost). Also many peoples want try something new, other than miui (like cyanogenmod), they also can't do this without unlocked bootloader. In last update for mi4c and mi note pro many peoples bricked his phones (caused by twrp and new bootloader), and they can't unbrick his phones without unlocked bootloader. In other phones (like nexus, sony, htc, moto) everybody can unlock his bootloader, and this is only user choise. You make choose for that instead of user, and for many peoples last time you rejected his request. Also many people must wait a long time for allow, or they never got it. This is unfair for some users, and this must change ! We paid for our phones, and they are ours, not yours ! Thanks for understanding
