No response on this issue

It has been over a month and this company is just delaying the issue. I get calls from Customer care regarding this issue, everytime they call I have to explain them the issue and then they try to call up the service center, yet no one recieves and the customer care representative tells me that you will be connected when the Service center answers the call.
