After constant mail conversation wit Mi Customer Care, Mi tends to deny the damages thy have done to my phone and refuse for any replacement or refunding the amount. Today again, a new issue was seen on my phone, the toggle quick settings disappeared from notifications bar, after a reboot the touch becomes non-responsive. So, I had to reboot this piece again and the screen shows me message saying "PC Suite Mi" for 5 minutes and automatically reboots to normal.
