Visit the Service Center for clicking Photos

On 22nd May, I received a call from Mr. Punit from customer care stating to approach for the service center for clicking photos of the dent for further proceedings. Today, it has been 5 days and there is no word from them or any reply for any updates on this case! RIDICULOUS SERVICE QUALITY!!!!!
