XBOX IS BASICALLY STEALING YOUR GAMES AND MONEY.

Xbox have made that if you get banned on one specific account, you cannot connect to xbox live. Expanding on this, you basically lose ALL access to online services, you cannot DOWNLOAD your OWN GAMES that YOU paid for, nor licence transfer them over to another console until the suspension is over, however if your console has been banned, you need to buy a NEW xbox to use those games again. If your account has been permanently banned, then access to downloading games, licence transferring and online services are denied forever. Meaning, you cannot redownload the games you payed for.  This has destroyed XBOX, and I recommend to anyone that is considering to buy one, don't. It is a scam.

Xbox have added a feature where if you have no money in your account paying for your xbox live gold, they will give you an extra 2 months for free. However, if you do not pay off those 2 months after they have ended, you will have your account SUSPENDED and if you do not pay off the 2 months in the time limit they provide, they will permanently suspend your account. Meaning, if this happens to you, what I have explained in the first paragraph will apply, therefore basically stealing your money as a punishment.

I have only recently found this out, due to my 2 friends being permanently banned for not BEING ABLE to pay off the fee because of financial instabilities. You can consider it this way. Xbox bans you, Makes their way INTO YOUR HOUSE and takes all the disk games you have bought from the store. Because it's basically the same thing.

What needs to happen is if someone is permanently banned ban them from being able to purchase XBOX live, not permanently banning them from going online. This would fix the problem, people would be able to reclaim their purchased games on other consoles/download them back if needed, therefore cutting out the fact that xbox is stealing our money.
