GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI CALLOUSLY THROWN BY AN UNKNOWN ASSAILANT - CCTV FOOTAGE RECORDED...

...on Friday evening at 10.30pm. Police responds on Monday morning. The Sikh community demands swift and immediate investigation by West Yorkshire Police.

Given the number of ANPR cameras in Bradford, the act at around 10.30pm on Friday 15th August at Guru Gobind Singh Gurdwara, Leeds Road, Bradford, should allow for a swift investigation. An enterprise hire van was used by the assailant so should be trackable once the number plate has been obtained. An open and shut case if the police use the tools available to them.

Given how disturbing and hurtful this is to all Sikhs worldwide, not just within the city of Bradford, we demand immediate action by police and authorities. The culprit will NOT have been a lone assailant. He will have been coaxed or paid to take this action. This needs to be followed up.

It is no coincidence that a well known extremist and fascist Indian group called the RSS has it's UK base in Bradford and they have been openly targeting Sikhs and other minorities within India for decades (incidentally behind Mahatma Gandhi's assassination too).

India has seen a shocking spike in numbers of attacks within the last year which have sparked hundreds of thousands of upset Sikhs to take to the streets. This type of attack has now come to the UK. UK Sikhs do NOT tolerate this type of unprovoked attack and demand intervention by the authorities.
