Leave Flash to Recycle in Nantwich without Harassment

Leave Flash to Recycle in Nantwich without Harassment
The Issue
Local recycling legend Michael "Flash" Meakin has been recycling scrap metal from around Nantwich town in Cheshire for over 50 years and has become something of a local celebrity.
He has literally recycled tonnes of scrap metal that would likely have otherwise gone to landfill.
Now, it seems he has caught the attention of the local housing group who have put signs around his property warning him about fly tipping and threatening to prosecute. CCTV has apparently been installed (according to their signs), but they have also gone to the trouble to install a metal bollard to block access.
As Flash is doing good for his local area and the environment, many people are angry at the way he is suddenly being treated after 50 years of doing what he does. Nobody seems to have a bad word to say about him.
We want Wulvern to re-think the way they are treating this man who is doing a good deed for his local community, the enviroment and also trying to support himself. Putting CCTV outside a drug dealing den would be fair enough, but installing it outside a scrap metal dealers house seems intrusive and spiteful to what appears to be a trivial "issue".. that the vast majority of locals have no issue with.
