The people of Iran need urgent help to tackle the Coronavirus
 
We demand direct oversight and co-ordination of the actions to tackle the Coronavirus in Iran by the World Health Organisation and other relevant international bodies. The Islamic Republic of Iran does not have the competency to deal with the issue. 
 
The Coronavirus epidemic in Iran has become a social catastrophe. The Islamic Republic not only doesn't take action to tackle the issue, it is the main factor in the spread of the virus. For that reason, today Iran has become a centre of Coronavirus outbreak in the region and around the world.
 
We, the signatories of this petition, call on the World Health Organisation, Doctors Without Borders, the Red Cross, the Red Crescent, the world’s governments and other relevant international organisations to take urgent action to prevent a tragedy in Iran.
 
The Islamic Republic must be urged to fully and promptly implement the WHO's recommendations, provide accurate information on the numbers of affected and the victims of the Coronavirus, use the experience of other countries in dealing with the outbreak and provide free and high quality resources to all to prevent or cure the disease. The Islamic Republic must immediately quarantine all the affected cities and areas, and crowded places, such as schools and universities and factories, etc., must be closed down until the danger is eliminated. 
 
In Iran, doctors and nurses and those who are on the front-line of the battle have become victims as there are not enough medical and sanitary resources. So far, several medical staff have lost their lives. 
 
All the health and medical facilities and the aid that the international community provides to Iran must be provided directly to the hospitals. Interference by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the Islamic Republic and the hoarding and abuse of the resources must stop.
 
Schools, universities, gathering centres and religious ceremonies must be suspended everywhere. There must be free healthcare for all and the living expenses of those affected by the Coronavirus, or whose workplaces have been shut, must be reimbursed. Child workers need the utmost care. Appropriate centres with the best facilities must be dedicated to them. 
 
All prisoners must be released immediately or be given time off so that they do not become victims of the disease in the poor conditions of the prisons of the Islamic Republic.
 
We demand elimination of any obstacles by the Islamic Republic that impede dispatch of the delegates of the World Health Organisation, Doctors Without Borders and other relevant organisations to Iran. The international organisations must be able to freely visit any medical centre, go wherever they need to go and be able to directly manage the measures to tackle the Coronavirus crisis.
 
We call on the European Union and other governments to condemn the Islamic Republic for its irresponsibility, withholding information and lack of transparency about the outbreak, and the destructive role it has played in the spread of the Coronavirus in Iran. The Iranian regime must be forced to commit to all the necessary actions in dealing with the crisis. Against the incompetency and irresponsibility of the Islamic Republic in dealing with the Coronavirus, and to prevent an unstoppable enormous human tragedy, decisive action without any considerations for diplomacy must be taken.
 
Today, due to the incompetency and irresponsibility of the regime, Iran has become a hotbed of the Coronavirus in the world. It is only with the help and support of governments and international organisations, and by supporting the protests of the people in Iran, that we can stop the disease in Iran. Let us help the people of Iran by pressuring the Islamic Republic to take the necessary measures to tackle the Coronavirus.

درخواست ار دولتها وسازمانهای جهانی: 

بیاری مردم ایران در مقابله با کرونا بشتابید!

ما خواهان نظارت مستقیم و ساماندهی مقابله با کرونا درایران، از طرف سازمان بهداشت جهانی و نهادهای بین المللی هستیم، حکومت اسلامی لیاقت به عهده گرفتن این مقابله راندارد. 

اپیدمی کرونا در ایران به یک فاجعه اجتماعی تبدیل شده است.  جمهوری اسلامی نه تنها درمقابله با کرونا اقدامی انجام نمیدهد بلکه خود عامل اصلی شیوع این بیماری است. به همین دلیل  امروز ایران به یک مرکز شیوع کرونا در منطقه و در جهان تبدیل شده است. 

ما امضا کنندگان این طومار از سازمان بهداشت جهانی، پزشکان بدون مرز، صلیب سرخ، هلال احمر، دولتها، و از همه نهادهای بین المللی میخواهیم اقدامات عاجلی را در در دستوربگذارند. 

باید از جمهوری اسلامی خواست که توصیه های سازمان بهداشت جهانی را فورا و همه جانبه عملی کند، اطلاعات درست در مورد آمار مبتلایان و قربانیان کرونا را اعلام کند، تجارب سایر کشورها را به مردم منتقل کند و کلیه نیازهایی که برای تک تک شهروندان برای پیشگیری یا درمان کرونا لازم است به رایگان و با بهترین کیفیت در اختیار مردم قرار داده شود، هرشهر و منطقه ای که لازم است فورا قرنطینه شود و اماکن پرجمعیت مانند مدارس و دانشگاهها و مراکز تولیدی و غیره تارفع بحران کرونا تعطیل شود. در ایران پزشکان و پرستاران وکسانی که در خط اول مقابله با بیماری کرونا هستند، قربانی نبود امکانات پزشکی و بهداشتی لازم شده و تا کنون چندین نفرجان خود را از دست داده اند، به این وضع باید فورا خاتمه داده شود. امکانات بهداشتی و پزشکی و کمکهایی که جامعه بین المللی روانه ایران میکند،  باید مستقیم در اختیار بیمارستانهاقرار گرفته و از دخالت سپاه و حکومت اسلامی و احتکار و سوءاستفاده از این امکانات جلوگیری شود. 

مدارس، دانشگاهها، مراکز تجمع مردم و مراسم مذهبی در همه جا تعطیل شود. درمان برای عموم آحاد جامعه رایگان شود وهزینه های زندگی خانواده هایی که بدلیل ابتلا به کرونا و یابدلیل تعطیلی کارشان درآمدی ندارند، تامین گردد. از کودکان کار باید با اختصاص مکان های مناسب و بهترین امکانات بیشترین مراقبت بعمل آید.

همه زندانیان  فورا آزاد شده و یا به آنها مرخصی داده شود تادر زندانهای بی امکانات حکومت اسلامی قربانی کرونا نشوند.

ما خواستار آن هستیم که هر نوع مانعی از طرف جمهوری اسلامی برای اعزام هیاتهائی از سوی سازمان بهداشت جهانی و پزشکان یدون مرز و دیگرنهادهای ذیربط به ایران رفع شود واین نهادها بتوانند آزادانه در مراکز درمانی و هرجایی که لازم است حضور پیدا کنند و بتوانند نظارت لازم را بعمل آورند، ومقابله با بیماری کرونا را مستقیما مدیریت کنند. 

ما از دولتها و اتحادیه اروپا میخواهیم که جمهوری اسلامی رابخاطر بی مسئولیتی، عدم اطلاع رسانی و شفافیت و نقش مخربی که در شیوع ویروس کرونا در ایران ایفا کرده است محکوم کرده و این حکومت  را به انجام اقدامات لازم در مقابله بابیماری کرونا متعهد نمایند. در مقابل بی کفایتی و بی لیاقتی این حکومت در مقابله با کرونا و برای جلوگیری از یک فاجعه بزرگ و غیر قابل مهار انسانی، باید قاطعانه و با جدیت و بدون حسابگریهای دیپلماتیک اقدام کرد. 

امروز جامعه ایران بخاطر بی مسئولیتی حکومت، به یک کانون اشاعه ویروس کرونا در سراسر جهان تبدیل شده است. تنها به کمک و همیاری دولتها و سازمانهای جهانی و حمایت ازاعتراض مردم در ایران است که میتوان بیماری کرونا را درایران مهار کرد. با تحت فشار قرار دادن جمهوری اسلامی به انجام اقدامات لازم برای مقابله با بیماری کرونا، به یاری مردم ایران بشتابیم.
