Yet every day, employees across our country experience workplace bullying, intimidation, harassment, and emotional abuse that often goes unrecognized and unaddressed. My name is Angela Watson, and I created this campaign because I believe no one should have to choose between earning a paycheck and protecting their mental well-being. Workplace bullying affects people from every profession and every background. It damages mental health, increases stress and anxiety, lowers productivity, contributes to employee turnover, and leaves countless individuals feeling powerless. Too many people remain silent because they fear retaliation, losing their jobs, or simply not being believed. Silence should never be the price of employment. That is why I created One Voice Among Many—a campaign dedicated to raising awareness, encouraging education, and supporting stronger protections against workplace bullying. This movement is not about attacking employers. It is about creating healthier workplaces where accountability, respect, and professionalism are the standard.
