Withhold Jonvic Remulla's 4.6 million peso salary for failing as DILG Secretary

Withhold Jonvic Remulla's 4.6 million peso salary for failing as DILG Secretary
The Issue
Jonvic Remulla, as the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary has failed to uphold his mandate.
On the evening of May 13, he refused to uphold the arrest Sen. Bato Dela Rosa issued via ICC warrant for his human rights violations. This, despite R.A. 9851 (The Philippine Act on Crimes Against International Humanitarian Law, Genocide, and Other Crimes Against Humanity) allowing local law enforcement to arrest those with outstanding warrants at international tribunals and courts.
His department has failed to arrest corrupt politicians and personalities, including Zaldy Co, Atong Ang, Harry Roque, and Gerald Bantag.
Instead, he coordinated the arrest of thousands of working class and young Filipinos for petty ordinance violations as part of the Safer Spaces Initiative.
His annual salary of over 4.672 million as reported by the Commission on Audit should reflect his commitment to his position and duties, and yet he has shown us once again that he has failed the Filipino people.
Not a single peso paid by Filipino taxpayers should go into the pockets of officials like Remulla.
HIS FAILURES MUST BE HELD TO ACCOUNT! HIS SALARY MUST BE WITHHELD AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
