I am deeply moved by the plight of innocent Palestinians who are being killed in mass by occupying Israeli forces. Their human rights are being violated, and it is a situation that demands urgent attention. The United Kingdom, as a global leader, has the power to influence change in this region.

The UK currently provides significant political support to Israel. However, given the ongoing conflict and human rights violations occurring in Palestine, it is time for us to reconsider our stance. According to Human Rights Watch, Israeli authorities are committing crimes against humanity of apartheid and persecution (Human Rights Watch Report 2021).

We urge the UK government not only to withdraw its support from Israel but also redirect aid towards Palestine where it's desperately needed. The UN reports that over half of Palestinians live below the poverty line (UN Report 2018), highlighting an urgent need for humanitarian aid.
