On June 9th 2021, Lisette Corbeil was assassinated by her ex-partner in Contrecoeur. Every 2.5 days a woman is killed in Canada.

The intentional killing of women is called FEMICIDE. Feminicide en Français. Femicide is defined as the intentional killings of one or more females, primarily by males, because they are female. It represents the extreme end of violence and discrimination against women and girls. A key contributor to femicide and #ViolenceAgainstWomen is gender inequality.

The Patriarchal System recognizes and can prove PHYSICAL abuse. But they are excellent at NEGLECTING any form of Empathic Instincts and Gender Inequality and that’s because the ancient system was never meant to support the woman and her intuition.  

The mere fact that CANADIANS are still fighting for the Equality of Sexes is a violation of HUMAN RIGHTS and world-wide proof that Psychological Abuse exists. If equality were to exist in Canada it would sound something like this: "In Women We Trust”. We would live in true freedom.

Disgustingly, the senseless psychologically unavailable Patriarchy neglects HER rights. Shatters her self-esteem and destroys her ability to care for her children or serve her community in a respected manner. That is the truth. And so the cycle of violence continues. 

Here is a list of the most common forms of abuse women endure on a daily, but first an important message from my gouvernment François Legault:  “Ce n’est pas a moi de changer, c’est a toi!” - Un message du gouvernement du Québec. 

Physical Abuse (the LAW can see this one) - Emotional Abuse

Narcissistic Abuse - Sexual Abuse - Child Abuse 

Child Neglect - Elder Abuse - Financial Abuse - Bullying

Honour Abuse - Gender-Based Violence

Hate Violence - Domestic Abuse (all of the above)

Women trying to escape domestic abuse deserve immediate safety and protection. If the government or our laws do not provide us with these basic human needs, then we should be allowed to choose, another system. The leaders of our country have developed a conditioned negligence towards women that dates older than 10,000 years. Invisible violence normalized then, is still VIOLENCE for today. 

These are some of the women who have been intentionally killed in the past year due, because no one believed her.

The spontaneous human survival instinct to run away from your abuser will not help you in a broken system in Canada. Please educate yourself on the senseless existing laws before leaving a domestic hostile situation. Women stand no chance at escaping domestic violence if the current ways are the only ways. Canada, you desperately need a new and separate Justice System based on Matriarchal values that protect and believe the woman. A system that doesn't require the victim to make countless police reports that are also neglected until the victim is killed. And even then, what can you do to reverse the damage once its done? 

Our Canadian women are making a dangerous move when they decide to break the cycle of family violence. Instead of receiving safety and protection from an outside source like her government, she gets re-victimized with all the other abused mothers and children. The abuser gets to stay in the comfort of his home, while the mother and her children are forced to move out, seek refuge in a shelter and start from scratch. And that is, if the abuser allows her to live her life without him.

THE SOLUTION

NDP Deputy Randall Garrison is awaiting the support to pass his private members' Bill C-247 stating "that would help address domestic violence in Canada by making controlling or coercive conduct in an intimate relationship a CRIMINAL OFFENCE." Read more here: https://openparliament.ca/bills/43-2/C-247/ I believe this Private Bill is the solution to save women from being extinct in Canada. Granting this Feminist Law to woman will finally #EndFemicide. 

Imagine a Justice System composed of trained Sociopathy, Psychopathy and Narcissistic abuse coaches, including judges, prosecutors, lawyers and police to deal with victims of domestic abuse. Domestic Abuse is not difficult to prove. It's PSYCHOLOGICAL. There are professionals who know how to scientifically prove this. 

In Quebec, we have the "Fédération des maisons d'hébergement pour femmes" who have been saving the female Quebecoise population from Femicide for over 30 years. In their confidential files are the names of abusers walking the streets freely who have caused serious psychological damage to their victims and their children. 

All vulvas deserve equal rights, safety and protection, because In Women We Trust, eh.
