Matthew Kenny shot unarmed Tony Robinson Jr seven times in three seconds, in a narrow stairway where the teenager could not escape, to be absolutely certain he had killed him, on March 6th 2015. Despite shooting an unarmed young man seven times, Kenny has been cleared of all charges.

Robinson was unarmed, was supposedly under the influence of psychoactive drugs -  which would explain his reportedly erratic behavior. But erratic behavior without a weapon does not justify murder. Considering that Matthew Kenny has unjustifiably killed before when a suspect was unarmed, this in itself is suspicious enough that Tony's "erratic behaviour" was exactly as he described. Furthermore, there are audio and video recordings of the shooting that DO NOT CORRESPOND WITH KENNY'S VERSION OF EVENTS.

Regardless, Tony Robinson Jr could have been subdued in a number of ways, which would not have culminated in his death. Officer Matthew Kenny was cleared of all charges, despite the fact that as a police officer, he is trained and aware of how to subdue an unarmed suspect without firing his gun. Again, disturbingly, this is not even the first time he has shot and killed a person. He has managed to kill two unarmed people in his is career so far.
