Hobsons Bay City Council (HBCC) have asked me to submit our petition before next Tuesday's council meeting when big decisions will be made about the future of Williamstown Beach.
The feedback is all positive. HBCC apparently want to spend ratepayer and taxpayer funds on public facilities and I'm getting encouraging emails and phone calls urging me to continue promoting this issue.
This past Saturday was a perfect example of why this important. The changerooms and showers were locked and unavailable (again) for hundreds of people using the beach on a lovely sunny day. The two toilets that were open were overcrowded with long lines of people waiting.
NOW is the time for us to share the petition (don't donate) to generate as much interest as possible in this issue. This is the link to share:

Everyone who has been to Williamstown Beach has been shocked at the poor state of public facilities. We can change things if we act right now.
Thank you
