Last night’s STIC/SJUSD meeting truly moved the needle. Courageous speakers from schools across SJUSD articulated their perspectives thoughtfully and powerfully. From the Williams community’s standpoint, it was especially significant that STIC members openly questioned—perhaps for the first time—why a school that is already at an ideal size is being considered for closure. Our collective mobilization and efforts have successfully elevated the right questions and concerns into the conversation. Thank you to everyone for your unwavering support.
