Call to action to update Homeopathy at Wikipedia

The Issue

The Wikipedia information page on homeopathy does not represent the true definition of the homeopathic system of medicine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Homeopathy).

Rather than promoting neutrality of information, which is the mandate of Wikipedia, the write-up on homeopathy is biased and based on misinformation, skepticism, and incomplete and limited references.

This unreal information on Wikipedia is a misleading and incorrect impression of homeopathy.

Wikipedia has disabled editing on this information page - which in turn violates their mandate for free information and neutrality of facts.

Homeopathy is growing as an established science and has evolved over the past few decades, be it in research or clinical practice. Much evidence proves the scientificity of homeopathy.

Mathie, R. T., et al. (2014); Frass, M., et al. (2005); Oberbaum, M., et al. (2001); Jacobs, J., et al. (1994); and hundreds of peer reviewed studies now support the evidence of high dilutions and homeopathy.

Therefore, the homeopathy information page must be updated without bias by consulting noted experts, including classical homeopaths, and using appropriate references.

Wikipedia should allow edits to this page so that all references to where homeopathy worked and where it did not work can be included, and let the general public decide the merits and demerits of homeopathy.

Please sign this petition and share this with your friends, colleagues, and associations.

Let us all show our strength as homeopaths and come forward to save homeopathy!
