I am fighting for something in Wichita. You can't go to the 22nd floor where you could probably get really nice views. There is nothing in Wichita that has anything of a decent size stature except for The Epic Center. Why won't they open a restaurant on the top floor of The Epic Center? If we can't go to the top floor of The Epic Center then something of at least similar height or even taller needs to be built in Wichita that has an observation deck.
