WIC to Add Cloth Diapers

The Issue

With a struggling economy and the reports of low income parents "reusing" their disposable diapers by drying them with a blow dryer, at very least, we need to get modern cloth diapers out there as an option for these parents. They don't know how easy they are these days and how much money can be saved. Many families don't know that there are options and that they are easy to use. If not actual cloth diapers, at very least, education in the form of pamplets and counseling and sending them to the local cloth diaper resources already available. The goal is to get WIC to inform their families of their diapering options. Help our children and families in these struggling times to be healthier and happier with modern cloth diapers.

While I realize there are some who disagree with WIC being the ones to add cloth diapers, I feel this petition is important in getting public assistance for cloth diapers, maybe WIC won't be the ultimate addition, but my hope is that with enough support from you all that this petition can be used to get cloth diapers out there as an option for government help for low income families. I'm hoping to make at least 10,000 signatures! Spread the word!
