A big thank you to everyone that came out for our community yard sale! It was a great success and we’re already planning a second one this summer. 

We had our first Summary Judgement in court on April 26th. The judge decided to deliberate for a bit and will be giving us a decision by this Friday! We are hopeful that we will win the first (of two) Summary Judgements. The second will be June 7th! 

A big story ran today on KIRO’s evening news. Thank you KIRO and Kevin McCarty for giving a bigger voice to the plight of this neighborhood. We continue to stand together and defend against this ridiculous lawsuit brought on by the developers. It’s not over. Check our the KIRO news story!
