The Issue

The purpose of establishment of NIAW defeated, because AWBI - NIAW both merged together, as claimed by 52nd AGM of AWBI, whereas:

1. Purpose of setting up NIAW, defeated as per terms and conditions of Sikri Gram Panchyat Resolution and sale deed.

2. DTP granted NOC - Change of land use - CLU, but renovated without approval of DTP, terms and conditions are being violated, breaching public trust.

3. Veterinary facilities, and building - OT misused as store, these facilities never been used for animals, including dog, cat, large animals, along with wild animals.
