City Council to Vote on Estridge Development Tonight at 7:00 pm

Tonight, the DAVIS PUD submitted by Estridge is scheduled for a vote at the City Council Meeting at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. If you have sent a letter, THANK YOU! If you haven't, please take a moment to do so. This development, as submitted, sets a devastating precedent of not protecting existing residents with proper buffering. The city's comprehensive plan clearly states that current residents should have a transition and buffer in this area if new development is proposed. Why does this plan have no buffer for a current Westfield resident? Why is this OK? Is Estridge getting favorable treatment?
