Westfield continues to accept plans for more irresponsible development in the Southwest Corridor.  Not one but TWO new developments (262 more homes) are on the agenda for a public hearing at the APC Meeting Tuesday night at 7:00 p.m.  You are making a huge difference with your letters!  Because of your support, the developer for Westchester listened and made significant changes to that plan.   Please continue our goal for RESPONSIBLE DEVELOPMENT in this city.  The homes described in the PUD documents in these two developments called Davis and Chance do not meet the home cost targets to support our schools or infrastructure.  There are many problems especially with open space, buffers, and architectural standards. 1,500 lots are now approved/under construction on the west side.    The roads on the west side are maxed out.   Taking 5 minutes to email the Mayor, APC and City Council is making a difference!!   We really appreciate your support and thank you so much!!
