Frank Devono needs to go. Kids woke up this morning to have to freeze at they're bus stops. There was a 2 hour delay, but even now it is currently 8 degrees with the real feel of -5 and winds moving at 9mph. This isn't safe for any child who is walking to school, or waiting at a bus stop. What if it was your kid walking in this weather? Not all parents own a car, they can't drive the're kids to school, or wait at the bus stop in the car. He has done this a quite a few times in the last few years. I truly believe he is not qualified for his position. I believe he doesn't know how to act when it's needed. Frank needs to go, it's time to stand up.
