On Wednesday, December 7th, from 10 am to 8 pm, the Barclay Park Preservation Alliance (BGPA) is partnering with 16 great stores in Downtown West Chester (see list below) for a Holiday Shopping-for-a-Cause event. These 16 well-known stores offer women's, children's and men's clothing as well as jewelry, gifts, art and other items. Each participating store is offering refreshments throughout the day and has promised to donate 15% of your purchases that day towards the purchase of the Barclay Grounds (but you must present your BGPA “Passport” when paying for any purchases). The Passports are free and you can pick one up on the day at any of the 16 participating stores (or by contacting the BGPA prior to the event at the website address below). This is a true community effort and will support local businesses while at the same time contributing to the purchase of the Barclay Grounds. Free Parking is available at the Justice Center Parking Garage (220 W. Market St) after 5.00 pm.
