House Leadership waited until the last day of the 25 legislative day requirement per the Consensus Calendar to pull H.R. 82 and send it to mark-up. This is obviously a delay tactic by the House Leadership to avoid having a vote on Social Security Fairness Act tomorrow and possibly introduce amendments to the legislation.
