Patrick Yoes stated The National FOP is targeting the 4 Senators that had previously cosponsored WEP & GPO legislation in the past but have not cosponsored S.1302 in 2022. Those Senators are:

The below states Representatives will be listed except Texas which has 22 Representatives that are not cosponsors, Florida with 12, Georgia with 8. Louisiana with 0, all of their Representatives are cosponsors of H.R.82.
