Social Security Fairness Act. H.R. 82 has 269 cosponsors and is shy of 21 cosponsors to move to a vote on the House floor then if it is passed it will proceed to the Senate. In the Senate if it passes then it will move to the President for his signature. The Senate also have a compaign bill S.1302 that has 39 cosponsors as of 4/ 21/23 and needs 21 cosponsors as well for a vote on the Senate floor to proceed to the President if it passes. Social Security Fairness Act needs the support of Representatives and Senators that haven't cosponsors yet. I am asking for all the politicians to repeal the Windfall Elimination Provision and Government Pension Offset, it affects over 2 million citizens living in the United States and abroad.
