By 2030 the worldwide space industry is predicted to be worth £400 billion and the UK has set it's sights on capturing 10% of that market.

Wales already employs over 20,000 in the aerospace industry and Llanbedr in North Wales is shortlisted as one of the sites that could be the UK's first spaceport. Even if Wales only got 1% of the worldwide space industry then that could equate to £4 billion per year. Some people would prefer you not to know how important this is.

You can help raise awareness and inspire a generation by singing and sharing this petition you can help -

• Persuade local airshows to exhibit the XCOR Lynx space plane or show an exhibit on the possible North Wales spaceport. You can contact the airshow organizers directly -

• Persuade schools to raise the profile of the coming space revolution (industrial revolution 2.0) by organizing a competition to allow some schools to send cubsats into space. Arete Stem a US company plans to send student cubsats into space on board the XCOR Lynx. You can help by contacting your local school. Schools may be eligible for a £3000 grant.
