The sentencing date for convicted animal abuser, Christy Tuchel, is scheduled for September 17, 2018 at 1:30 pm in Circuit Court Branch #1 in front of Judge Edward Stengel. Let’s make a strong showing of support in favor of just sentencing for Tuchel to send a message that neither animal abuse or abuse to children is tolerated. Breanna Mikula is scheduled for a Status Conference on August 3, 2018 at 10:30 am in Circuit Court Branch #1 also in front of Judge Edward Stengel. Trial dates are noticed for August 28-30 at this time. Breanna seems to have a propensity for trouble with law enforcement. Since the 37 charges were filed against her she has had a restraining order against her and several traffic violations. Her public displays touting her great love of animals continues to illustrate her complete lack of remorse and complete disrespect for the court. Anthony Keyport is scheduled for a Motion Hearing on August 3, 2018 at 10:30 am in Circuit Court Branch #1. His attorney has made a request to have the felony charge of mistreatment of animals causing death dismissed along with the 36 charges of failing to provide food to animals. The property where the abuse occurred is now in the process of foreclosure. Thank you for continuing to support the dogs who survived the horrific abuse at the hands of these three people.
