We are still waiting for justice for the dogs who suffered at Kinship Companion Kennels at the hands of Christy Tuchel, Anthony Keyport, and Breanna Mikula, but the trial is coming soon. At today’s motion hearing, Christy Tuchel chose not to appear. Her attorney stated a “medical emergency” that just so happened at the time she was to appear in court. The Judge immediately questioned this and ordered a medical excuse. The good news is the Judge did not change the trial date. The trial remains scheduled for June 12, 13, 14. The judge re-scheduled today’s motion hearing for June 6th beginning at 8:30 am. Christy Tuchel, Anthony Keyport, and Breanna Mikula must appear. What are the odds of another no-show?
