I socialize with dogs and am a dog walker. It is vital that dogs receive the basic food and attention, however, exercise and socialization are crucial in the adoption process. I can't imagine those poor dogs living in poor conditions and not receiving the care and attention they need and deserve. Please investigate!  I lived with and loved one of the dogs that came from her "kennel". He was petrified of everything and was malnourished. No dog should live like this. How has this gone on so long? This deplorable situation needs immediate attention and charges filed! ANYONE involved in keeping this under wraps must be held responsible! If the Sheriff doesn’t want to do anything maybe he should spend the night in the building and then say there is no problem, I'm fed up with the lazy a-- people in charge in this city.
