Many dogs(40+) still remain and suffer in inhumane living conditions at Kinship Companion Kennels at 8509-8511 Middle Road in Oostburg, Wi. The dogs are Bernese Mountain dogs, Golden Retrievers, Gordon Setter and recently the addition of Great Danes. These large breed dogs are kept in undersized kennels and not allowed exercise. They are never let outside. The kennel structure is without windows. The dogs are kept in the dark. The kennel is filled with feces, urine, and rodents. This kennel is NOT licensed by the State of Wisconsin. The owner of the kennel has not been inside the kennel in many years. She allows her children to be "in charge" of the animals. Dogs are fed low quality dog food and have low body scores. Rescue groups have repeatedly offered assistance and the owner has refused any assistance with the dogs. Please continue to share and ask the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Department to do a complete investigation, with a neutral veterinarian, as to the welfare of these innocent animals.
