Due the cancelation of a large wide of events, Festicked Ltd offered us to refund our tickets.
But we didn't get back our money, there's no phone to call them and they don't answer any emails.

Some lucky customers get in touch with Festicket Ltd via Twitter, and their excuse is: "I am afraid this is with the banks and the payment gateway."

We called Paypal via phone, about this issue (from the customers who paid them with Paypal) and they answered: "Festicket Ltd has enough funds and is free to refund you with a press of a button, so we aren't blocking them"
