India has 'Commission for Children ', ' Commission for Animals , Environment , Women and many more , however , but none of the government entities is working on men's rights. As India is democratic country, it is unfair to neglect people based on their gender. Men in todays date are suffering every minute . Globally Uncountable men are becoming victims of domestic violence and false cases specially in India. Coz of this prevailing issue the future generation is suffering at every step.

                                           The anti-dowry laws are being frequently misused to harass and extort husbands. The high rate of suicide among married men in India is also attributed to harassment under these laws. As per the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) data, about 1.18 lakh people committed suicide during the year 2019 across the country ,of which almost 75%, over 80,000 people who ended lives were men, while 34,000 (about 25%) were women. 37% of men have ended lives because of matrimonial disputes. Similarly during the year 2021, about 1.2 lakh men had ended lives across the country. Out of them, around 33 % men took the extreme step owing to family disputes and legal pressures. However, no such valid data is there to count on the number of men committing suicide due to domestic violence as lot go unreported and thousands of false cases where men are suffering but no count is there. The men who are accused by false cases of Dowry , 498a, Domestic Violence and Deprived of Their Parental Rights of the Child , held responsible to pay alimony or maintenance to wives who have only false accusations against their husband have no place to go and report about their side of the story , have no one to listen and assist them , have no one to stand beside them and help protect them from social, legal , mental and physical trauma they and their family members go through coz of these false cases. 

                                       Hence , to summarize , we want a Men's Commission in India so that Men , Boys ( Accused of False Rape and Molestation Charges ) and their family have a place to report about their Grief and share their part of the story as well.
