Any full time GLL swimming teachers out there? Please make contact.

Just saw this link, not very encouraging. I'd like to know if any of you signatories have a copy of a full time GLL swimming teachers contract if indeed there is such a thing, and if so what the annual wage adjustment has been for you over the years, if any? Thanks.
