There are many very wrong things going on here in my alleged opinion!.
Please understand I have and I am still continuing the formal complaints about the alleged incompetence and criminal behaviour of all former directors of OKD/NWR. AHG Group to the best of my knowledge become a shareholder in September 2014 if not before and they would have most likely and allegedly put a director or more on the board to represent their interests. And towards the end after Bakala they where majority shareholder and in control. OKD/NWR was bankrupted allegedly by AHG Group but Bakala allegedly plundered and destroyed and was ultimately responsible for the downfall of OKD/NWR.
Please it's a good idea for all or any minority shareholders to complain to and also about Duff and Phelps. Complaints may if you choose need escalating to the NCA Federal UK Police.
