OKD creditors committee court this Thursday 24 August 2017. I feel OKD had its future postponed again. Very vague media reports that don't make sense to anyone . I am very confused. 1. OKD proift was 2.2-2.37 billion CZK for 1h2017?. 2 OKD from February 2017 making profit up-to 1.3 billion CZK Bloomberg $49,842,000 euro per month. I do not think this amount  would be enough to just cover sales as in revenue of all coal sold!. 3.OKD now has cash on books of 2.2/2.3 billion CZK around 88,000,000 euro. 4. Debts acknowledged of 2.9 billion CZK. 5 150,000,000 Prisko Czech Government loan/ 5.751,000 euro loan outstanding and the rest unlikely to be ever used. My latest opinion and I am speculating is OKD has now been restructured due to closure of Paskov mid Vol coking coal mine. Good chance if my calculations are correct. The claimed OKD making a profit since this February 2017. More than likely this means to me that the 2.9 billion CZK of accepted debt receivables has or OKD now has enough cash to pay in full. My own calculations and assumptions did put OKD making enough cash in February 2017 to pay the 2.9 billion debt all and in full!. To all fellow minority shareholders of NWR/OKD we are still be lied too. I am very sure and confident OKD for 1h2017 first half of the year. OKD made somewhere in range of 300 -400 million euro . And around 100-120 million euro for Q3 2016!. Coking coal currently around 200+ USD and thermal 86-98 USD a tonne. OKD is still very lucky enough to be making massive profits even now. NWR minority shareholders who are still the true legal part owners of OKD. I wish and pray for the truth to be told. And for those who have wronged and cheated us. Especially in regards to the alleged crook Bakala, AHG Group and all the company NWR/OKD alleged incompetent directors. I feel justice is about to be served but that is only my intuition. To all those who have made purported documents and false claims. You should know better because Bakala did this for so many years and you did nothing!. I am not going away, and until I and my fellow minority shareholders and petition signers get justice!. We want our shares/ownership and market value money valued from Q1 2017 and I feel we deserve compensation too. We yearn for Justice and the truth!.
